If you are unable to attend in person at the Australian Visa Application Centre , you can submit all the documents as following list below via Thai Post office:
Completed visa application form
Copy of passport (All used pages)
Photocopy of the data page of passport (passport page with photo)
Visa Application Charge + VFS service + courier charges - by cash
These documents should be provided to the Thai Post centre in an open envelope. A Thai Post staff will check the application package and countersigned a receipt checklist once completed by you. The package will then be sealed in your presence and EMS Number with receipt will be issued.
Return of Documents
Documents will be returned to your address. You can track status of EMS at www.thailandpost.co.th or call center Thailandpost tel:1545
Courier charges for Normal Visa Applications
Courier charge rate as per weight as follows:

Maximum 500 gms charge THB 550 + VFS service charge

Maximum 1000 gms charge THB 715 + VFS service charge

Maximum 2000 gms charge THB 850 + VFS service charge

Maximum 5000 gms charge THB 1000 + VFS service charge
Note: It is advisable to check the status of the application only after the processing time as stated in the information sheet

VFS Service charge of 600 THB for all visa types and THB 535 (including VAT) for Re-Evidencing Visa per passport is applicable. Additional charges apply for courier services. Payment through credit cards is not accepted by the Australian Visa Application Centre
